Purchasing Tickets

Monday - Friday, 12 Noon - 5:00 PM and

one hour prior to each performance.

The Box Office will open for season subscription renewals March 9 - April 9, new season membership will be assigned April 13 - May 8. Single show tickets go on sale May 11.

RENEWAL DEADLINE - TO GUARANTEE SAME SEATS AS LAST YEAR
April 9, 2009

Donations must be received by April 5 in order to receive program acknowledgement.

There will be no Wednesday night preview performance open to the public.

2009 Summer Lyric Order Form

If you are a season subscriber or on our mailing list, you will receive a brochure in the mail. You can also download a copy of the order form off the Summer Lyric website by clicking on the words "order form" above and saving the file to your computer.

Enclose credit card information, gift certificate, money order, or check payable to Summer Lyric Theatre. Please also include a self addressed stamped envelope.

If you have recently had a change of address or would like to add your address and e-mail information to our mailing list, please inform the box office. This will allow us to inform you of any upcoming Summer Lyric events or news throughout the season.

You can e-mail your information to lyric@tulane.edu.

-Walk-Up

The Summer Lyric Theatre Box Office is located next to the lobby of Dixon Hall, adjacent to the Dixon Theatre (the home of our summer season).

-Group Discounts

Group discounts are available for groups of twenty or more. Please call the box office for details, 504/865-5269.

-Ticket Exchange Policy

Only members have exchange privileges. Please mail or bring your tickets to the Box Office by the Wednesday prior to the performance with the new performance date preference. If you are unable to use your tickets, please donate them as a tax-deductible contribution. Your donated tickets will be resold at the Box Office so that others may enjoy the performance. Tickets must be returned at least one hour prior to the show. Please don't let your seats go unused.

-ACCESSIBILITY

The Dixon Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Assistive Listening Systems are available. Please inform the Box Office of your needs when ordering tickets.
