Purchasing Tickets

Tickets can only be purchased by mail, phone or directly at the Box Office during the week or 1 hour before a show. We do not have online sales.

-Box Office Hours

Monday - Friday, 12 Noon - 5:00 PM and

one hour prior to each performance.

The Box Office will open for season subscription renewals March 11 - April 5, new season memberships will be assigned April 8 - May 10. Single show tickets go on sale May 13.

RENEWAL DEADLINE - TO GUARANTEE SAME SEATS AS LAST YEAR
April 5, 2013

Donations must be received by April 5 in order to receive program acknowledgement.

There will be no Wednesday night preview performance open to the public.

If you are a season subscriber or on our mailing list, you will receive a brochure in the mail. You can also download a copy of the order form off the Summer Lyric website by clicking on the words "order form" above and saving the file to your computer.

Enclose credit card information, gift certificate, money order, or check payable to Summer Lyric Theatre. Please also include a self addressed stamped envelope.

If you have recently had a change of address or would like to add your address and e-mail information to our mailing list, please inform the box office. This will allow us to inform you of any upcoming Summer Lyric events or news throughout the season.

You can e-mail your information to lyric@tulane.edu.

-Walk-Up

The Summer Lyric Theatre Box Office is located in Room 103, next to the lobby of Dixon Hall, adjacent to the Dixon Theatre (the home of our summer season).

-Group Discounts

Group discounts are available for groups of twenty or more. Please call the box office for details, 504/865-5269.

-Ticket Exchange Policy

Only season subscribers have exchange privileges.Please mail or bring your tickets to the Box Office by the Wednesday prior to the performance with new performance date preference. There are no refunds on any tickets sold.

Radio signal hearing systems are available upon request at the Box Office.

-Children

As a courtesy to our patrons, it is our policy not to admit children under the age of five.

-ACCESSIBILITY

The Dixon Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Assistive Listening Systems are available. Please inform the Box Office of your needs when ordering tickets.
